Vintage small claw bell with holder

This was my sister’s but may have originally been my dad’s. He was into all things brass. Not sure when it was purchased but I’d assume the 70’s. The brass is etched and it looks like the pink has been painted on. No markings to determine where is was made. Refer to pictures for measurements and condition. I didn’t try cleaning it up, the natural patina is still on it. This is not a light flimsy thing. It is well made with some weight to it for its size. Love the size and sound of this.
