Vintage small antler rack mounted to wood; small antlers must see

These are from the 1950's or 1960's, a small rack of antlers; a couple are broken on the tips; I am not sure if these have been painted; they are porous and brown and cream; hard to tell - they are not smooth, please see the pics. These are a really cool item, measuring 6 1/2" x 5", you can hang the brown wooden piece on the wall easily. The hardware lets it flip up or down.
