Vintage handmade skirt. Xsmall. Measurements as pictured. Zipper works but is a little stiff. Well made, machine sewn, medium to thick weight polyester. No stains, no snags, no odors. Waist is 26” with a little bit of stretch but not much. You may be able to get another half inch. Approximately 40” diameter, 24.” Length. Would be great with a autumn colored top and jacket or Christmas sweater. I am 5’4”, 120 for reference. One cat non smoking home.
