Vintage silver, turquoise and coral ring size 5.25

Nice vintage silver turquoise and coral ring. size is 5.25. has initials of the creator inside. I have only wiped with a jewelry cloth. The coral has a piece that I believe has always been there and is part of the character. See all photos for description.
