Vintage silver plate

nice serving dish guessing this is silver plate but I don't know, couldn't find any markings. nice patina. could be shined up. makes a nice plating piece or even a catchall for dresser or vanity. sturdy piece with floral etched design on surface. really pretty! smoke-free and pet-free home
