Vintage silver and gold skirt

Beautiful black, gold and silver designs, vintage, not sure what era but most likely 1970’s or earlier 37” long Slit is 11” 14” waist (28) Some small loose threads on one edge, near the zipper and on the bottoms but it’s not noticeable. No tag! Not sure how to clean it but probably dry clean. Is slightly a-line
