Vintage silky maroon blouse size L

Gorgeous Vintage blouse. I’m not sure what the fabric is, but it’s extremely silky and soft. The tag says “Trovel’s”. Beautiful deep maroon/berry color. Buttons all the way up the back and on the cuffs.
