Vintage silky floral pencil skirt

Just needs a good steam! A gorgeous floral pencil skirt by OBR. Not silk but has a silky feel. Beautiful shades of orange, purple, green. It looks like a painting, it’s gorgeous! Says size 4, but I think it’s more like a size 2. It does has elastic in the back. PLEASE see measurements to determine fit! APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS Waist unstretched (back of waist has elastic): 12 1/4” Length: 22” OUTFIT IDEA: This would pair great with the crochet knit top I have listed :)
