Vintage silk dress deep pink/raspberry

Deep pink/raspberry 100% silk dress. Embossed polka dot pattern with quilted shoulder and cuff detail. Originally had slight shoulder pads but I removed them. If I find them I can include them. Covered panel of buttons down front. High collar can be folded over. Missing the belt. Size 10 petite seems off to me. Dress is quite large so I assume it was originally meant to be very voluminous. I am a size 10 currently but the defined waist line doesn't work for me. I have a long torso and it hits too high for me, right under my large bust. The sleeves are a bit short for me as well. I guess petite works for it but it is long in length and broad in the shoulders.
