Vintage short necklace

Beautiful vintage necklace; the inside is gold, the outside is a pretty pale white, with blue design.. Can be worn dressed up or down... Very elegant.. (It is NOT plastic) Ideas for when and how to wear it; wedding (bride, bridal party member, or just a guest) if you work somewhere where you have a very feminine dress code...
