Vintage shirt/bolero/shawl

Vintage shirt sleeve drapey top with fringe around the bottom. No size marked, but because of style it could fit a small or medium, probably even a large. Unmarked/unbranded/tagless so I’m not sure of material but I’d say it’s some sort of polyester blend.
