This dress looks amazing. I’ll do my best to describe it. Black cotton blend with metallic silver all over. Looks gold in some light. Shoulder pads. Drop elastic waist. Made in the USA. Vintage size small. Looks like a mother of the bride dress. Also looks like something straight out of the Golden Girls.
