Vintage shimmer wrap blouse w shoulder pads and cuffs, Medium

This is a stunning, GORGEOUS vintage wrap blouse from ConradC Collection. I found it at a resell store and wore it to a wedding, receiving tons of compliments. Unfortunately it’s just a little too big on me. The vintage size 6 is more of a Medium, and I’m a solid Small. This is a true wrap, with two long sashes that channel through a slit (on right) and a dainty loop (on left). Stunning shimmer steely blue fabric with black underside Sleeves feature wide cuffs and are plenty long Wide collar Sewn-in shoulder pads Extra button 75 rayon, 25 polyester In excellent used condition with only one very small snag near the bow (see last photo).
