Vintage shell cameo sterling silver ring size 6

sterling silver vintage shell ring marked and tested Sterling. I'm not 100 it's shell but It was sold to me as shell and looks like shell as well and sounds like it tapping. has small chip in top right corner as tried to show in photo. size 6. stunning. also has some leftover paint on the face which will eventually rub off or can be cleaned or reapplied if wanted.
