Vintage shell and wood rope necklace

Good vintage condition. Quite a long rope on it. Very mild wear. I think the 2 circle things are made out of wood. Grandma isn’t sure where she got it but thought maybe Brazil in late 80’s but can’t be certain. Bundle and save!!
