Vintage sheer navy blue dress

Beautiful deep Navy almost royal blue dress. There is a front and a back flap that comes over the chest and back and ties on the side to give this dress a lot of character and a lot of femininity. The tags are attached but they do not have the size laying flat from armpit to armpit it is at 17 in the waist which is elastic is at 13 in at the hips will go out to 19 in from the elastic waist to the bottom hem it is 26 in.
