got this at Wasteland because as you can tell by the photos it's iconic beautiful delicate a touch of Victorian a touch of punk and absolutely versatile to layering with a modern version of black leather mini dress or going pantless. (sublayer and accessories cuffs are not included).. this exquisite sheer piece has bow ties white lace at top of a delicate navy fabric with dots. based on the arm openings I would say it's ideal for extra small or small. euc tiny minor flaws on account of it being vintage but it's fully wearable I'm 5'9 in the pics. absolutely firm on price
