Vintage sequin formal silk jacket

I think it's been in my collection since 1997 or so, worn only a few times during the holiday season, dry cleaned a few times. The interior has the appearance of maybe being ironed. The lapel curls in a little bit. There is a small eyelet hook at the top of the lapel. I don't see any loose sequins.
