Vintage satin & crinoline rainbow petticoat skirt 26” waist

I believe handmade Black satin with crinoline ruffles Waist is 26” Length= 24” long It has a faded spot on the waistband. The closure on the back is hook and eye. There’s a 3” gap below the hook and eye closure so the waist opens to get the skirt on/off.
