Vintage sailor style 80s- early 1990s navy blue maxi dress

This amazing dress is a flowing, fluid A-line, starting at the under-bust seam. Cuffs and collar are knitted, dress is thick polyester. Fun fact: Katie Couric wore this dress on her morning show and I fell in love with it- was able to track it down, which was not easy in those pre-internet days! Excellent condition
