Vintage sailor button down

Insane late 60s/early 70s vintage all over novelty print colorful sailor button down shirt. Long sleeves with buttoned cuffs, buttons all the way down the front, and a dagger collar. No tags, material feels like nylon if I had to guess. Fits around a men’s M, measurements pictured. Very good vintage condition.
