This is a vintage ring from an estate purchase, in almost like new excellent pre owned condition.  Genuine ruby gemstone prong set in authentic 925 sterling silver setting that’s likely plated with platinum or rhodium. White accent stones test as topaz. It looks like the ruby gemstone is a fissure filled stone which is a natural lower grade stone that’s modified for color enhancement. Measures a size 7.
