Vintage royal blue slip dress

This is a beautiful vintage dress in near perfect condition. Could be dressed up or down. It definitely looks like it was handmade, but there is the remnant of a tag that has since been cut out. But it could have been a personal tag from whoever made it. Seems to be a polyester or poly blend material with a nice amount of stretch. Overall length is 53 inches long. Bust looks like it would fit a small C cup or smaller. 13" zipper closure
