Vintage rose pattern midi dress

This is a vintage dress of unknown company. It feels like a viscose/spandex blend but I’m not sure. Approx 38 inches long from shoulder. 10 inch longest part of sleeve. I decided not to tailor this and sell to someone it might be a better length for. It would make an adorable mini dress; with an on teen rose print, fits like s-m
