Vintage romantic floral long black dress

From my grandmother’s closet, this beautiful vintage dress has an empire waist and sheer ruffle sleeves. It is homemade in polyester fabric and lining. Style may be from 70s but I do not know. There is a tiny hole in front of dress but not noticeable, see pic. Shown on sz 4 dressform. Approx. Measurements: Length - 55” Empire waist - 28 1/2” Shoulders - 16” Underarm Bust - 35”
