Vintage silver color rhinestone shoelace charm/clip. These can be attached to your laces or clipped on a dress shoe for some added sparkle. Metal clasp on back, some wear shown in pics, could be silver plate but not sure, stones look good for age. 1in long, 1/2in wide. 2 pieces.
