Vintage rhinestone egg container

I am not certain if this is an ostrich egg, but I found very similar items such as this one stating they were made of ostrich eggs. Whatever it is, it’s very beautiful and unique. Features gorgeous rhinestones and faux pearl on top. It opens into two pieces. At one time, there was a hinge that held the two pieces together but it is no longer functioning. There are some loose stones that I have placed in the egg to be reattached if you would like. Appears to be velvet interior. Very vintage piece. Bundle and save. Offers welcome.
