Vintage, retro or, Costume M 60s or 70s

High waisted, long bell like sleeves. Silky smooth material. Please see photos for measurements. This is pre owned and I see only one small flaw at the waist there is a thin slight discoloration of the deep purple material, or fading. See photos. Please ask questions before purchasing. I hate to pass this one up but it no longer fits properly.
