Vintage retro neon telephone cord hair elastics

Rad vintage set of retro neon telephone cord hair elastics / bracelets. There are 4 bracelets & they are made of elastic rubber, and can stretch to fit most wrist sizes. One is neon green, one is neon yellow, one is neon orange and one is hot neon pink. The bracelets measure .4 inches across. Some normal wear with use over time, but in great vintage condition!
