Vintage retro Roberta velvet bow detail party mini dress

Amazing vintage Roberta velvet sexy party princess mini dress with large bow detail - labeled size 5/6, looks to run small - good vintage condition. Posted a video example of what may or may not be stains but you can only see them at certain angles as the light hits on the fabric and as the fabric moves. The dress has spots like the one in the video throughout the dress, it might just be something the fabric does and not a flaw (I’m not really sure). The photos were taken at an angle when the “stains” weren’t visible.
