Vintage red with white puffed sleeve dress size S

Adorable vintage red dress with little white flowers. There are cute rose accents on the shoulder and sleeves. Also the sleeves are puffed with a ruffled skirt. This dress falls lovely. There are no tags, but very well made with lining on the top. Multi layer skirt, so cute. Measurements are lying flat... Pit to pit 16” Shoulder to hem 34 Waist 15” Sleeve shoulder to cuff 11” and pit to cuff 3.5”
