Vintage red high waisted palazzo bell bottoms

Made of polyester with a slight stretch. Darted at the back. There are no tags and it appears they are homemade. Seams are finished. *The zipper functions fine, but the fibers are separating on the fabric. There are also some tiny holes on cb seam. There are a few stains on the front R leg and on the L thigh. See last photos. MEASUREMENTS (while laid flat) Waist: 14”-14.5” (hook & eye is adjustable) Hip: 19.5” Rise: 12.5” Inseam: 26.5” Leg opening: 12.5” My measurements are 36”-29”-38” 5’5”
