Vintage red floral print skirt S

Sweet lightweight vintage skirt in red in unique floral print. I believe this is handmade & done very well. Some stitches are machine done & others hand done. No tags & hard to date, but I’d say likely 60s or 70s based on zipper & construction. One small pull in the waistband (seen in pics). Side zip & acrylic button closure. I’d say best for a small or extra small (dress form is a 6/8) but see measurements for a good fit. Measures (flat, unstretched, approx): waist: 12.75in, hip: 18in+, length: 24in cute twee
