Vintage red and black blazer top

Vintage Diana Marco blazer button up. Marked a size 22 in women's. 50% polyester and 50% cotton material. Red and black and has a very low cinching situation at the bottom. It could appear like a dress but would be very short and I would suggest shorts underneath. It has shoulder pads. I've never seen a piece like this before. It's like business and casual all in one. Measures 22 inches wide by 27.5 inches long. I am 5'3 and usually wear a medium in women's for reference. Please compare measurements to your own to make sure it fits. Used item, has been washed.
