Vintage rare ceramic dog, bulldog, white and black with blue eyes, hobbyist

Hi besties Found this gorgeous bulldog. He is made out of ceramic and looks like a hobbyist piece. He’s absolutely gorgeous. I found another similar piece online used as a door stopper for several hundred dollars. The paint is chipping a little bit in a couple of different spots. I did take as many pictures as possible.
