Vintage rare Japanese articulated Ichimatsu doll, with a painted porcelain face

Vintage rare Japanese articulated Ichimatsu doll, with a painted porcelain face and real hair. 14” The doll has a nice outfit on, as well. The rest of the body appears to be plaster. I have not tried to clean the doll Does have dots all over face and body please see pictures for part of description. Lesser amount on body they were not dark enough to show up in pictures Doll was brought back from Japan during the Korean War by an American sailor as a gift for his new bride. Carefully stored since 1954. Voice box no longer functioning. Costume in good condition.
