Vintage punk prom dress

This Stuart Alan dress is in perfect vintage condition, and would be a unique asset to any edgy gal's closet. The three-tiered sleeves are voluminous and totally on trend. There is a slight cowl to the neckline. Emphasis is at the true waist, and there is an adjustable black ribbon. The skirt is flowy and sheer, hits just below the knee. Zips up the back. No stretch. Works an hourglass figure, totally classic. Vintage 14, better fit for a 10-12. Last pic is a similar style from 2018.
