Vintage prim dress

1995 prom dress. Have to guess size 0. I was 6' tall and weighed 100ish pounds. Deep purpley blue velvet that looks black from a distance. Sequined halter neckline brings out some of the blue. waistline measures about 14" across. Hips barely bigger at maybe 15-16" across. You can see there is a little room in the bust. No tags.
