Vintage poly ascot neck tie 70s print blouse mini dress size small

Authentic vintage in fair condition. I am selling this one for less because there is a run in the fabric on the back of the skirt - see pic. It’s still wearable but definitely flawed. Also some loose stitching in the waist and some faint discoloration here and there. Please see all pics for details. Still really cute tho. Waist 26”
