Vintage polka dot ruffle dress

Turquoise blue and white polka dot 5 layer ruffle dress by Creation Paris Starina Dress. This dress is truly vintage! Not many left out there, if any. Very unique and so fun. I bought this dress as dead stock at a vintage retailer in. Royal Oak Michigan in 2002. I have treasured this dress, and only worn it twice. Small hard to see spot on front of dress just above first Ruffle, shown in 3rd photo - likely can be removed. Also a small marking on bottom ruffle last photo. Tagged size small.
