Vintage pleated wool blend kilt

Super cute, I just own too many of these so I’m thinning out my collection 💖 Waist is 29 inches however, it has a single button that could be moved and adjusted or the kilt itself could be held with pins like it was traditionally. Pleated and falls about mid cash on me at 5 foot seven. Very lightweight and breathable fabric. Vintage size 11, I would say modern 6
