Vintage pleated skirt

This is a Vintage late 1980's hand made skirt, it's pleated and has a Western/Navajo style, can be worn with boots or sandals, put with a simple white t-shirt or denim top or jacket, in excellent condition, Christie Brinkley also had one made similar in the same time frame, waist measurement is 23 inches and length of skirt is 37 1/2 inches
