Vintage plaid full skirt dress

If you love vintage style, this dress is for you! Buttons to the waste and then is a full circle skirt. Missing a belt but has belt loops (that could be easily removed if wanted). No size is listed but it doesn’t fit me and I wear a 12. So I would says 8/10.
