Vintage pinstripe circle skirt size small

This vintage skirt is by Jerri Allen and is a vintage size 10, which will fit a modern 2/4. There is one tiny pinprick size hole at the top of the waist band but otherwise it’s in great, wearable vintage condition. Blue/gray lightweight fabric with printed baby blue and cream chevron pinstripes. Fun outer pocket detail on hips. Fully lined. Measurements lying flat: Waist: 13” Hips: full Length: 31”
