Vintage pink dress flutter sleeves full length ‘70’s-‘80’s. Bundle to save $

This is my moms. It’s almost like a tank top dress is under the flutter sleeve part that separates in the back. If you can sew, I feel like the top part could be removed. The only rage is quite literally hanging on by a string, see photos. Make a bundle and an offer.
