Vintage peter pan collar floral blouse. Light blue and has buttons down the middle. Could be worn open like a cardigan too. Marked a size XL in kid's. Fits great on a medium in women's or even more over sized on a small. Brand is Teaze for kids. 50% polyester and 50% cotton material. Flaw: has lots of pillage. Measures 17 inches wide (34 inches in total) and 17 inches long. I am 5'3 and usually wear a medium in women's for reference. Please compare measurements to your own to make sure it fits.
