Vintage peplum wiener dog dress

Adorable polyester, peplum dress with wiener dog pattern. Bought this at a boutique in Scotland. It is missing two “ornamental” buttons on the front but it’s not very obvious (third picture shows where there should be four buttons but there are two). Size large - would fit an 8-10.
