Vintage pencil skirt

Lovely pencil skirt with green and navy blue checkers. Two button closure. It appears there was once a clasp closure as well; however, one of the pieces is missing (which I have pictured). Made in the USA by Prophecy. I’m thinking this is either 70’s or 80’s. Tag says size 6 but please refer to measurements. Pics show measurements also. Approximate measurements are as follows: Length: 32” Waist (laid flat): 13.5”
