Vintage party dress

This vintage bubble skirt cocktail dress is a unique and retro-sophisticated piece to add to any wardrobe. The brilliant turquoise satin can be complemented by a variety of accent colors and accessories. Tag indicates it is by Jr. Flair, a clothing designer/manufacturer from the 1950s. There is no size but based upon my own measurements, it is approximately a size 8. The hem length has been shortened. General measurements: Bust - 34” Waist - 26” Armpit to waist - 8” Waist to hem - 20”
