Vintage pajamas pants/top

Tag is very faded for these pajamas made of 100% nylon a pastel green top is 22" from pit to pit and 24" from shoulder to hem with 5 buttons down a pocket on the right side and aplica of a flower and leaves on the left front collar. The pants measure 16 1/2" without stretching elastic. The pants are 40 1/2" long with wide legs that are 13 1/2 "
